I consider myself to be a maker of things because i have a wild imagination. I am also a freelance product designer from Accra, Ghana. I love technology and space exploration.

What I do?

I’m a first year Master of Design student at UC Berkeley with both the College of Engineering and Environmental Design.

I worked as a UX Designer and Teaching Assistant at Ashesi University with the Computer Science department, working on a Learning Management System as well as assisting with courses such as HCI and Cloud Computing.
I like to wear many hats :), I worked remotely as a software developer (Game developer) for Knack App in the US and a few other roles at different places where I was slowly introduced into the wonderful world of design.

Design work is exciting for me because I get to learn new things always and I’m always challenged to come up with awesome solutions.

Where my passion stems from?

Space Exploration! Using complex but simple space technology to explore outer space. Space is dark, bright, vast, looks empty but is packed with gems. It looks random but perfectly designed. Each element sits in balance with the other. I marvel at its beauty and strive to let my work have similar meanings. As a designer, it motivates me to think about simplicity yet strategical about elements and their meanings in my designs. I want to come up with designs that allow peoples experiences to be seamless, making the design fade into the background, making it look random but acts like magic.
